A low hydrogen hard-surfacing electrode with exceptional abrasion resistance with moderate impact at temperatures up to 600 C. Easy to use in flat and inclined upward positions. Possible to use in horizontal-vertical position. Low amount of slag. Weld metal recovery with respect to the core wire is about 235%.
For hardsurfacing of parts subjected to heavy abrasion and moderate impact as in sinter breaker plants, scraping beaks for zinc industry, blast furnace charging equipment, etc.
